Organizations are responsible for users invited to their workspace, account permissions, content entered into AMIRA, and reports generated from their use of the platform.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans, billing cycles, renewals, taxes, refunds, and cancellations will be described at purchase or in a separate subscription policy.

Intellectual Property

Krotio owns its product experience, software, design, documentation, brand assets, and platform technology. Users retain ownership of their lawful uploaded content, subject to the rights needed to operate the service.

Availability and Changes

Krotio may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue features as needed for product, security, operational, or legal reasons.
