Users and organization administrators may request deletion of account, workspace, or product data, subject to authentication, ownership, retention, backup, security, legal, and billing requirements.
What May Be Deleted
- User profile and account details.
- Workspace data, audit records, reports, and uploaded files.
- Optional analytics or preference data where applicable.
Retention Exceptions
Some data may be retained where needed for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security logs, billing records, dispute resolution, backups, or legitimate business records.
How to Request Deletion
Submit a verified request through the Support and Grievance contact channel. Organization workspaces may require administrator approval.
